About Us
The goal of the Williston Community Builders is to #buildabettercommunity, #onefriendlyfaceatatime. Our group is committed to developing new and innovative attractions that enhance the quality of life in Williston, North Dakota. Our members represent many areas of the community, with jobs in accounting, law, retail, architecture, oil and gas, and many other professions. We have participated in many projects and events in the community, including the construction of a unique playground and splash pad for children, the building of the Freedom Monument, the creation of a community garden, and so much more. We want our hometown to benefit from this organization... in every meaning of the word. Benefit financially, where every dollar that is given is spent to make local improvements. Benefit by bringing in new wonderful attractions, so we don't have to hear ourselves or our children say, "there's nothing to do in this town." And benefit by serving, where we invite the community to take ownership of each project and they can reap the rewards of giving back through community service.
In 2016, Williston Community Builders welcomed in the small group of Williston Friendly Faces, joining forces with similar mindsets and goals for the community to bring more ways, and hands, to help Williston become the best little city on earth. We are members of Community Builders not because it’s the new trendy club in town, but because we want to make a difference.

Our group meets the second Wednesday of the month at Lee Suess, located at 210 University Avenue, Williston, ND, from 12:00-1:30pm. Our meetings are open, and anyone who is looking to get involved is more than welcome to attend.

After having attended 3 meetings and 2 WCB events, you are eligible to run for a board position on our Board of Directors. These positions are two year terms and are voted on by our members each October.
